Can you come today?
Today or tomorrow is our aim. When we are busy we work through the list in order of bookings, but there is often time for another job between bookings depending on where you live and when you call. For fastest response, please call 0403 688 666.
What does the $350 troubleshoot include?
The $350 covers the service call, labour, and minor parts. It includes up to one hour onsite. It is designed to fix non-major issues fast.
What problems can you usually fix on the first visit?
Most first-visit fixes are simple, but important. Common wins are wall plate repairs, cable faults, and old/poor fittings. We also fix splitter issues, tuning problems, and antenna alignment. If roof work is needed, we handle that too.
Why does my TV reception fluctuate?
Digital TV has a cut-off point. If your signal is too close to that level, it will drop out. Weather and temperature shifts can push it below the minimum. Even a small improvement often makes it stable again.
I have a very high pole. Do I still need it that high?
Not always. Older systems often chased distant transmitters like Brisbane. On the Sunshine Coast, newer transmitters have changed the game. In many homes, we can reduce pole height safely by redirecting to closer transmitter. It often looks cleaner and still performs better.
What warranty do you provide?
Patch-style repairs have a 5-year warranty on parts used. Full new antenna systems come with a 10-year warranty.
Do you tidy cables and waterproof roof work?
Yes, every time. We tidy and secure all cabling in the roof.We seal roof penetrations and entry points with silicone. We also secure masthead amplifiers with triple zip ties. That stops movement and reduces water ingress.
Can you fix missing channels or wrong channels?
Yes. This is usually tuning, transmitter selection, or signal quality related. We test, retune, and stabilise the system properly.

Our service call starts from $130. If the issue can be fixed for $350 or less, including labour, we’ll get it sorted on the spot. For anything larger, we’ll stop and provide a firm quote before further work is done.
Antennas
Antenna Repairs can be as simple as a service call and fixed under $350 with small parts and labour, or full systems range between $350-1250 if needing a full replacement. We’ll assess first and quote if it’s not fixed within the service call.
Can It Really be Fixed for Under $350? Absolutely It Can!
